Nikon Imaging Center at Hokkaido university

Everyone can use our facility!

The Nikon Imaging Center at Hokkaido University (NIC@HU) is a facility for novel biological microscopy available to researchers both in Hokkaido University and throughout Japan. It was established with significant contributions from Nikon Instech, and is supported by many corporations supplying both microscopy equipment and experimental materials.
Funding for the NIC@HU ended under the research departments in September 2011, but was reestablished under the Research Support department at the institute in April 2012 and continues to support all researchers with its equipment. All researchers in Japan can use. You don't need any background imaging knowledge do use the NIC@HU, and there are no special requirments. All equipment in the NIC@HU is available for use by all researchers throughout Japan.

Who use the equipment in Nikon Imaging Center?

All researchers in Japan can use.
Don't worry, you don't need any background imaging knowledge do use the NIC@HU, and there are no special requirments. All equipment in the NIC@HU is available for use by all researchers throughout Japan.
